Kathleen Conklin
Founder & Executive Director
Kathleen Conklin is the founder and Executive Director of First Fruits. With decades of experience in education and Catholic family ministry, including 20 years leading Kids for Jesus (K4J), she has dedicated her life to helping parents embrace their vocation and discover God’s plan for their families. Kathleen and her husband, Don, share their call to familiy ministry through First Fruits. They have seven children and 13 grandchildren.
Elizabeth Conklin
Assistant Director
Elizabeth Conklin serves as Assistant Director of First Fruits. With ten years of experience working with children and families through Catholic apostolates, she brings a deep appreciation for the joys and challenges of family life today. Having grown up living the twelve guiding principles at the heart of First Fruits, she is passionate about helping families build supportive communities and embrace the unique story God is writing within their family.
